The general process of oil-free vacuum pump for vacuum sample adsorption in the homogenizer can be summarized as the following steps:

First, the preparation stage

Check the equipment: Make sure that the connection between the oil-free vacuum pump and the homogenizer is correct, and all the connections are well sealed without leakage. At the same time, check the working status of the oil-free vacuum pump to ensure that it is in a normal state of use.

Sample preparation: Place the sample to be coated in the coating area of the homogenizer, and ensure that the sample is fixed and stable to prevent movement or falling off during the vacuum process.

 

2. Start the oil-free vacuum pump

Power on: According to the operation instructions of the oil-free vacuum pump, correctly power on and turn on the power switch. Some oil-free vacuum pumps may need to be preheated for some time to achieve the best working condition.

Observe the operating status: After starting, observe the operating status of the oil-free vacuum pump to ensure that it runs smoothly without abnormal noise or vibration.

Third, vacuum adsorption sample

Open the vacuum valve: When the oil-free vacuum pump is stable, slowly open the vacuum valve connected with the rubber leveling machine. This process should be done slowly to prevent sudden pressure changes from impacting the equipment.

Observe the pressure gauge: During the vacuum process, pay close attention to the pressure gauge reading to understand the vacuum degree of the system. According to the actual demand, adjust the vacuum speed and time until the required vacuum degree is reached.

Four, coating operation

Adjust coating parameters: According to the type of coating glue and the needs of the sample, adjust the coating parameters of the homogenizer, such as coating speed, coating thickness, etc.

Start coating: After the sample is stably adsorbed in the coating area, start the coating function of the homogenizer and evenly coat the glue on the surface of the sample.

 

5. End stage

Close the vacuum valve: When the coating operation is completed, first close the vacuum valve connected with the homogenizer to cut off the vacuum adsorption effect.

Stop the oil-free vacuum pump: then turn off the power switch of the oil-free vacuum pump to stop its operation.

Sample removal: After confirming that the vacuum has been reduced and the sample is no longer subject to adsorption force, the sample can be safely removed from the homogenizer.

Matters needing attention

During the entire operation process, pay close attention to the operating status of the oil-free vacuum pump and the homogenizer to ensure the normal operation and safety of the equipment.

Select suitable coating parameters and process conditions according to the characteristics of the coating glue and the needs of the sample.
