Compact Bridgman Crystal Growth Furnace with Hanging Wire Mechanism

    It is a compact and economic 1200℃ Maximum Bridgman crystal growth furnace with 2" quartz tube and precision hanged wire travel mechanism, which is designed for growing small size crystal under control atmosphere or sealed quartz crucible at low cost.

CYKY-1200X-S-VT-BMGH is a compact and economic 1200℃ Maximum Bridgman crystal growth furnace with 2" quartz tube and precision hanged wire travel mechanism, which is designed for growing small size crystal under control atmosphere or sealed quartz crucible at low cost.

Technical parameters of bridgman crystal growth furnace:

Vertical Two Zone Tube Furnace

  • Compact two zones split vertical tube furnace

  • Working Voltage: 110V AC or 220V selectable

  • Max. Power Consumption: 1.5 KW

  • Two Heating Zone: 100 mm L for each Zone, 200 mm L in total 

  • Max. heating temperature: 1200℃

  • Continuous working temperature: 1100℃

  • Two programmable digital temperature controllers which control two heating zone independently

  • Max. Temperature gradient: 1℃/Cm

    • Finding a suitable thermal gradient is user responsibility

    • Adjusting two heating zone's temperature can create different thermal gradient profile

    • Adjusting furnace opening diameter also can change the thermal gradient

  • Quartz tube (2" quartz tube (50mm O.D x 44mm I.D x 600mm L) is included with sealed flange)

Hanging wire

  • One set of Ni-SS hanging wire is included. Max. working temperature is 800℃.

  • Optional hanging wire for higher working temperature is available upon request:

    • Ni-Cr-Al wire (not included) Max. working temperature < 1100℃

    • Platinium wire (not included) Max.working temperature > 1200℃ and < 1600℃

  • A thin hanging wire goes through the top flange. A positive inert gas can keep processing tube under controlled atmosphere

  • For air-sensitive material, the sample shall be sealed in a small quartz tube with pre-vacuumed

Motor and Controller

  • 6"L x 4"W Touch Screen

  • Wire descending speed is programmable within 3 segments.

  • Precise DC stepper motor controls traveling speed.

  • Pulling speed range: 1-500 um/sec adjustable with the accuracy of +/- 0.05% 

  • Total stoke length controlled by touch screen: 350mm

  • Power: 50W, 110V - 240VC

  • Optional: Lower speed range is available upon request at extra cost.
